Summary

Chroma does not currently store personal user data on our servers. The app includes in-app purchases. Payment card details are handled by Apple and may be saved to the user's Apple account and synced via iCloud according to Apple's systems and settings.

Information We Collect

• We do not collect or store personal profile information on our own servers at this time.
• We do not maintain a user database containing names, addresses, or card numbers.
• When you make in-app purchases, Apple processes the transaction. We do not receive or store your full payment card details.

In-App Purchases and iCloud

In-app purchases are provided through Apple's App Store payment systems. Any saved payment methods are managed by Apple and can be synced through iCloud if enabled on your device/account. Apple's privacy terms and policies apply to that payment and account data.

Data Sharing

Because we do not currently store user personal data, we do not sell or share that data with third parties.

Policy Updates

We may update this Privacy Policy as Chroma evolves. If this policy changes materially, we will update this page with a new effective date.
